RYAN WADE - OWNER / OPERATOR

Ryan is the Operations Manager of Premier Parking Services, LLC and is responsible for developing the strategic vision for the company and its portfolio. Ryan began to gain his event parking experience in 1998 by working as a Traffic Director at various venues throughout the Greater Kansas City Area. In 1999, Ryan was promoted to Supervisor and in 2000 he held the title of Facility Manager for a very prominent parking services provider in Kansas City. In 2002, Ryan was promoted to Senior Event Manager in which his duties included, but were not limited to, managing an event parking services portfolio, which included: KC Live Entertainment District, Kemper Arena/American Royal Center, 1601 State Avenue Garage, Sandstone Amphitheater, Overland Park Convention Center, Sprint Center, KC Royals, KC T-Bones, KC Wizards, University of Missouri (Columbia), Iowa Events Center, and Independence Events Center.

Additionally, Ryan coordinated event parking for special events such as:

• Rockfest - Kansas City
• Bonnaroo Music Festival
• Juvenile Diabetes Research
• Valet Services for Multiple Clients

Along with his management and leadership skills, Ryan brings over 11 years of event parking knowledge and experience to Premier Parking Services, LLC.

JENNIFER C. CURTS-SMITH – OWNER / MANAGER

Jennifer is the Administrative Manager of Premier Parking Services, LLC. and is responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting practices including, but not limited to, calculating payroll, garnishments and deductions, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and budgeting Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education (K-9) with a minor in mathematics from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.

Not only does Jennifer excel in the field of education, she possesses over 12 years of experience in event staffing and crowd management.

NORMAN E. SMITH – OWNER / MEMBER

Norman’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training the very dedicated staff of Premier Parking Services, LLC. Norman has college background studies in both Secondary and Physical Education. Norman is Co-Founder and President of NPB Companies, Inc., Kansas City’s premier Event Staff and Security Company established in 1998.

NPB provides special event staffing to various venues in the Greater Kansas City area as well as Executive Protection to such high profile clients that include Christina Aguilera, Tina Turner, Kelly Clarkson, Blink-182, Kings of Leon, Marilyn Manson, Pearl Jam, The Eagles, and hip-hop icon Jay-Z.

JESSICA HENSLEY – DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL

Jessica is the Office and Human Resources Manager of Premier Parking Services, LLC. She is responsible for overseeing the daily office operations, management/placement of the Premier Parking Services staff, and maintaining event schedules. Jessica works closely with Norman during the recruiting and interviewing process in screening and hiring the most steadfast candidates to join our parking services staff.

Jessica obtained a degree in Business Management and Human Relations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and possesses 10+ years experience in active public relations and a professional business office setting.
